Child Support
Every child has the right to the support of both parents until the age of 18. That's the law. Florida now has greater enforcement power than ever to make sure every child receives that support. When one parent or guardian has custody of a child and the other parent does not provide financial support, the Child Support Enforcement Program within the Florida Department of Revenue can help. If you are the custodial parent, you are not alone in your efforts to get money or medical benefits for your child. We're here to help you and your child(ren). For more information on the services offered by Child Support Services through the Department of Revenue please visit our website or contact: http://sun6.dms.state.fl.us/dor The Department of Revenue, State of Florida, (800) 622-KIDS.
